Carrying Gun, Backpack, etc?????

Have a stupid question here. It's probably not rocket science, BUT I'll ask anyway:

I'm wanting to carry my WT call and some other gear in a backpack, but when carrying a pack on my back I've got no way to sling my rifle on the back for a long walk (not secure enough to just go on one shoulder...has to be worn across the chest). Outside of buying a new pack to accomodate a gun, what do you do to carry a backback and a gun on your back?

kilk14,

Please allow me to introduce you to The Outlaw Sling. It is a backpack double harness rifle sling. It is very versatile, it can be used alone to carry your rifle, shotgun, or any long gun. It can be used over a heavy coat, daypack, backpack, fannypack, what have you. You can even use it as a single shoulder carry, just double the sling together and you have a single sling. It can be adjusted to carry on oneside or the other or canted across the back.
The Outlaw Sling is so comfortable, instead of the weight of your rifle being placed on one shoulder, it is distributed over both shoulders giving you a more comfortable carry, even walking long distances. Customers say that it made their guns feel like it had lost weight.

Here is a picture of Jenn with a daypack with her rifle over it.

You can find more pictures of Jenn and Kevin using the Outlaw Sling on my website, you can also make an order there with your credit or debit card.

Thank You for allowing me to introduce my sling to you.
Merry Christmas & Happy New Year.

Also look at the Safari Sling. Here is a link in Cabelas: http://www.cabelas.com/cabelas/en/templa...rset=ISO-8859-1

This is the only sling I'll use while hunting everything from Elk to Coyotes. During the elk & deer season I will have a FULL SIZE eberlestock backpack on and the safari sling still rides very nice with an added bonus of pull the rifle up and shoot.

I have never tried the outlaw Sling above, so I can't tell you about that one.

Huntsman22 uses a sling by the name of: Kifaru gunbearer. It is very similar to the Safar Sling. You can see a pic of it in this thread: http://www.predatormastersforums.com/ubb...page=0#53016282

Best of luck finding one that suits your needs!!!
