Cast Bullets in a Marlin with Micro-groove rifling

Has anyone had any exp. using cast bullets in a marlin w/microgroove rifling ? I'm thinking of my 375Big Bore, & my 357. I have a mould for 38/55 that would work for the BB, & a swc gas check mould for the 357. I've been told leading would be a problem. Anyone ever try it ?

There could be fouling because of speed. I shot a microgroove for years in cowboy action shooting. Shooting almost max .357 loads with no leading issues. But I used Chey-Cast Bullets only on my reloads.

I get 2200 fps out of my 30-30 with micro-groove barrel with cast bullets. Like 3807patriot said, size your bullets .002 over bore diameter and your good to go. Gas checks will help too. Key
