Powder Valley is tough to beat. Combine orders with a buddy or two in order to split hazmat charges or wait until they have a free hazmat promo.

Two or three of us like to do that every time we order. Sure pays off.
 
Sign up for email notifications for powder valley and grafs. They’ll both do great sales and hazmat deals. I find grafs to do more actual sales and considering their standard hazmat and shipping fee is about the lowest to begin with they’ll work out cheaper. Split shipping and hazmat with a buddy or too and order primers and stuff while you’re at it. They can put up to 50lbs in one shipment so make it worth it.
 
Depending on how much your wanting, Dong's has the best prices in town. If you need a large quantity, have him order it in for you. No hazmat charges or shipping either. Just tax.
