Chili time canning

Time to pickle chilis and onions, perfect garnish for hotdogs, hamburgers, salads and sandwiches.

Cleaned off a couple plants

Hungarian peppers both hot and sweet work great for pickling as their skin is thin.

End result, these are refrigerator pickles that will last up to four months in the fridge, seldom.do.

I did a quick pickle of an onion this morning to put ontop of the birria tacos tonight with some fresh chopped cilantro.
