Cimarron National Grasslands

Any of you Kansas natives out there know anything about the Cimarron National Grasslands in southwest kansas? Is there quality deer hunting? I put in for a mule deer stamp in kansas also, thinking about taking a drive out that way later this summer see what it looks like. Ill have a tag in 16 & 18
 
My wife was from Liberal KS and most of her family out that way hunt down in the river bottoms. Not much in out in the flat lands there in SW Kansas.
