Concinna burl open reed

I banded this call a couple of years ago, but didn't get around to turning it until last week. It has one of my older stainless steel bands with the thicker walls. It is made from concinna burl, an Aussie wood that I do not use very often but a nice looking wood nevertheless. It has a handcrafted african blackwood toneboard and can be yours for just $40.

I like it! All 5 of the calls I have of yours are top notch, and sound awesome. There's not a thing wrong with the bands you use now, but I personally like the older thicker bands. Just personal preference. If I hadn't just depleted my paypal account on more stock, I'd probably take this one off your hands.
 
Yep, another drop dead gorgeous call from the Turkey river shop. I'm with Nick on the band. I like them both, but the thick ones are pretty dang cool.

I'll bet that call really changes a lot depending on what angle you are looking at it. Nicely done Brian.
