Cooking turkey breast

#1.I strip it, dip it in a mixture of egg and milk, flour it, dip it again flour{flour also contains garlic salt,salt and lemon pepper to taste}, deep fry it till it's crisp.

#2. strip it, cook it in butter with garlic salt,chili powder, diced onions,bell pepper, and jalapeno.
while that's on simmer heat corn tortilla's in butter till soft.
put meat in the tortilla sprinkle with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and sprinkle to taste with vinegar.

#3. baste with butter and desired spices place on foil, add onion and peppers, 1/2 cup coke or beer {anything carbonated} wrap in foil. smoke at 1550-200 degrees for 4-6 hours.
that's just a few and it works well with any wild game especially hog meat.
 
"Sweety Tweety"
The goods:
3 Granny Smith Apples
1 cup of Brown Sugar
1 cube of sweet cream
2 Tsp of Lavender Salt
1 Boned out Turkey
1 Round of Laughing Cow Swiss Cream
1/2 cup of Maple Syrup
Step 1:
Melt the Sweet cream in sauce pan and add the 1 cup of brown sugar, 1/2 cup of maple syrup, and 1 Tsp of Lavender Salt. = Sauce
Step 2:
Marinate the turkey breast in the above sauce for 15-60 min.
"Optional" Step 3:
Pull out the breast and place in smoker with hickory or apple chips for 30 min.
Step 4:
Poor half of the sauce in baking dish and slice Granny Smith apples and place 1.5 apples on the dish. Place the breast in on top of the apples and place the other 1.5 of sliced apples over the breast. Then poor the rest of the sauce in over the breast and apples. Cover with foil and place in oven at 250 for 30min.
Step 5: Baste and dash the other 1 Tsp of Lavender Salt over the breast. Recover and turn up oven to 350. Cook for another 20min. Baste as needed.
Step 6:
Remove the foil and turn oven to broil for 10 min.
Step 7:
Slice the Laughing Cow Swiss Cream and put it all over the top. Cut and serve with the extra apples on the side.

Cooking time may very quite a bit depending on breast size. This is pretty dang good and a great change up for the old taste buds. It seems like a lot but goes real fast and is well worth the effort. Let me know if anyone tries it out!
