Coyote hunting

I suggest you buy a DeLorme's Atlas & Gazetteer for AZ then go down to the BLM office and pick up maps of the areas you are interested in hunting. The atlas will give you a general idea of the state and BLM land and the BLM maps you can lay out the night before and plan a days hunt. Having a GPS with public lands on it will show you much better where private and public boundaries are. After that you'll find critters to hunt just about anywhere in AZ. That's the system I use and have killed coyotes from Kingman to Douglas on my forays into AZ.

This is my AZ book 20 BLM maps in loose leaf sleeves

I have books set up like this for , WA, CO, NV, MT, NM, and UT.

Coyotes are everywhere in Arizona. Lots of public land too. Get a good map or an app. I use OnX. Generally, if the map shows green, yellow, or blue you can hunt there.
