Coyote, It's wats for lunch!!!!!!!!!!!!

Eating coyote is just plain dumb. Even the mountain men used to avoid it unless they were starving. If you read up on it they avoided it because it would upset their stomachs. On top of that coyotes eat more disgusting bacteria infested stuff than uust about anything else out there except for maybe a magpie. Why would anyone in their right might want to risk their personal health by eating one! Watching that guy cook up that coyote and eat it brings to mind the saying: "Stupid is as stupid does."

I like Dave, I think he has a lot of skills and knowledge. But there is no way I am going to eat a coyote unless I am super hungry, and then it is going to be very well done.

I have tried it once - My hunting partner made made a stew sort of dish out of it. Cooked the [beeep] out of it, in a slow cooker in a tomato wine sauce.

It still needed a lot of help, it will be an acquired taste that is for sure.

I tried a piece of bacon wrapped timber wolf this year. It tasted like it smelled.... Musky with a terrible after taste. It even made the bacon taste bad!

Wow! I didn't think anything could make bacon taste bad.

Like Samuel Jackson said in Pulp Fiction. "Sewer rat may taste like pumpkin pie, but I'll never know, because I'll never eat one of the filthy things." (G rated version)

Think parasites, think disease, think tumors, think bacteria, think carrion eater (eater of decaying/rotting flesh)...think coyote. Why in the world anyone would want to put that in their mouth is beyond me.

Raccoons and bears are omnivores so wouldn't they eat the same sort of things as a coyote? People eat them. Not many people but still. . . .

Coyote should only be eaten as a last result… but for the record it tastes slightly worse than human meat and slightly better than a duck...
