Let's stir the pot some more.  To me clips are removable and magazines are not, even though magazine is the proper term and I always thought it usually had more of a military connotation.  Also, when some asks me if I got anything when I come back from hunting I say I "got" one or I "shot" one.  I have never "killed" one in my life.  I don't kill things and I don't harvest them.  I shoot them.  A question of semantics.  I have watched a couple of videos when it comes time for the shot that the cameraman says "kill him".  I have watched videos where the cameraman will say "shoot him".  When someone says kill'em it just doesn't sound right to me even though that is what I am doing.  In the part of the country where I was raised nobody used the word "kill".  Just the way I was raised.  I also think if antis hear it expressed that way it is just throwing gas on the fire.
