Custom holster makers?

If a guy knew just the type of holster that he wants made what are some good places to talk to about it?

I'm looking for a leather holster for 1911 with light and 460 rowland compensator. I want a belt holster that rides real low, but not quite a full drop leg holster. I want it to attach to my belt and hold the pistol grip just below my belt but be held firm, I wouldn't be against one strap to go around my leg to ensure an unfloppy holster. Some western engraving or some fancy stitching would be a plus.

Im not sure how much or if they do custom work but check with pistol packaging in maple plain. Should be able to Google contact info.
 
Andrews custom leather makes some good custom stuff. There is even a 30 minute video that shows how he makes them. A little pricey but....
