"If you think your can needs cleaned, weigh it. If it has gained 1 oz of contamination it’s time to clean it. Do this by using an ultrasonic cleaner with Mean Green Degreaser and hot water. Basically, keep cleaning it until the water removed is clear. Once clear, you’re good to go!"
That's copied and pasted from the DDC website. I haven't shot mine enough to worry about cleaning it yet.
As far as quality and such. I haven't had any issues with mine. I bought mine because at the time, it was in the top three of the quietest suppressors in about every test. I also like that you can change out the end-caps to match your caliber. The only reason I haven't bought their .388 suppressor yet is because I am waiting to see what they do with the tax stamp.
