Decent game cam on budget

I have been reading a lot about game cams the last few days but still have no idea which one to buy. I can spend about $150 but I need 2 cameras. I am also wondering what to set in front of the camera. Im in northern Arizona so its pretty cool here in the summer (around 80-85 mid day) so Im planning on setting up the camera near water and setting a mineral lick or something in front of it. My hunting partner says he will buy the "bait" if I will buy the cameras so I need help on what to get. By the way we are looking for mule deer and the bow hunt starts in August here so I need something soon. This will be our first season hunting with our bows so we are hoping to get something.
Thank you for any help or suggestions.

I have 4 tasco's from Walmart....take great day and night color pics.
$50 each.
Buddy has a Moultrie and I think mine are better 5 to 1

+1 on the cheap Tasco camera, not a lot of bells and whistles, but I was shocked that it takes great photos and at $50 a camera you can buy a few more and not so concerned if you lose one.

It's hard to beat the Moultrie M80 and M100 cameras. Great pics for around $100.00. Remember you get what you pay for.

The Moultrie D-55IR are decent priced camera's that take good pictures...and as Mdyer & Beagler mentioned the M-80 and M-100 camera's are great trail camera's that have some very good options on them. You can run them as a Plot-Watcher camera as a trail camera or both and Moultrie has a new M-80 "Black Flash" that is suppose to show No red glow most IR cameras have that scare the Deer!
