Del ton AR15 gas block change

I purchased a new gas block with attachment rails instead of the large front site that comes on the rig. I didn't like the front site sticking up in front of my scope. The new gas block bolts on with allen head screws. The original appears to maybe have pins holding it on? Can anyone tell me how to correctly remove the original gas block?

The two pins that hold the original gas block are tapered. Look at them and drive them out. After the pins are out, remove the flash suppressor and pull the gas block off. The gas tube is staked to it and will pull out with it. There is a "very" small roll pin that holds the gas tube on the gas block. Drive it out and then remove the gas tube. Then attach the gas tube to your new block. Just a helpful hint. Put the new gas block in a ziplock bag when you try to restake the gas tube. If you dropped that roll pin, it will be gone forever. You new gas block is held on by pressure form the screws.
