did I mess up my foxpro

I lost the remote to my new shockwave a couple weeks ago. Got a new one in the mail. Of course the sound list wasn't in it. Followed the directions to down load the list hut couldn't get it to work. So I though maybe I needed to change something in my playlist for.it to recognize it. Hooked the shockwave up to the computer but now it won't power on. I will give FoxPro a call tomorrow but is the anything I can try in the mean time.
 
I just got my new shockwave yesterday. Same thing happened just take a battery out and put it back in it will turn back on.
 
When you try to program the remote, make sure it and the Shockwave are on the same channel or the remote will not have the sound list.
 
Also I added more sounds and didn't turn the caller on when I plugged it into the computer and didn't have that problem.

That worked.

Talked to fox pro and got it figured out. What a great group of guys they have there at fox pro. Top notch to say the least.
