I sent a message to Hornady asking the difference between the V-Max and Z-Max bullets. Here's the response I received/
"Mark, thank you for your inquiry. The V-max and Z-max bullets are the same, except for the color of the polymer tip. The A-max and Match are our match grade bullets. Thank you"
So there we have it straight from the horse's mouth.
This is as I suspected, but verification is good to have.
