Double sided picatinny rail?

Does anybody know if they make a double sided picatinny rail (rail on top of rail, 180 degrees)? I'm wanting to attach a scope to one and then put an ar forward grip under it to use it for scanning!

For the money spent you could have a pair of binocs or a lower grade spotter.

It's actualy for a thermal scope. I know I could fabricate one with a grinder and some detailed cautious work. I was just hopping there was one out there to save me the hassle. Thanks guys
