Our Verizon hot spot and using a seperate line tablet or my phone hotspots has slowed down IMMENSELLY. Took 45min to upload a 2:11 vid to youtube.
We checked on ATT and T-mobile and our area has very limited OR no service from them. The local Windsteam phone company internet is also horrendous at our house (we had it before verizon).
You guys know any solutions.
Verizon told my wife that they are working on it, but it has been almost a month and we think they were just placating us.

Thanks in advance, Mike

Seems like everyone is having trouble, and I suspect it is because the providers are swithching to 5g and phasing out 3g and 4g, so they can force everyone to get a 5g phone. But I'm just guessing.

I recommend calling Senator Fetterman and having a lengthy conversation about your concerns, I'm sure he's willing to help, maybe share lunch and ice cream together, make a day of it.

Invite Biden too, be comical listening to those two vegetables try to carry on a conversation. Probably take turns tripping over each other too.....

Are you somewhat remote as far as broad band line of site stuff? Is cellular your only option in your location? I live in an area where I had to start out on satellite several years ago, no option. That involved data caps to no end, almost not usable. Cellular was a no go for me. I finally have fiber now. Having said all that, I know a couple guys in the same situation in my area now. They went with Starlink, Elon's system. They have had great luck with no data caps and fairly reasonable pricing. Something maybe worth looking at...
