Its been kind of crazy the last few weeks between hunting, the Holidays and even some work. I have a 300 Blackout that Mike(DTech) built and have taken to the range all of twice with the first trip shooting some factory ammo just to see how it handled hyper stuff.
Here is the rig.

I went to the range to sight in a 6.5 Creedmoor earlier this week and took the Blackout as I had made up a few Subs for it.
I had a few Hyper reloads as well so I shot both at 50 yards just to see if both would be fully functional. The hyper worked fine and were low at 50 yards. The load was 19gr of AA5744 with 130 Speer HP running 2052fps average.
I had to open the gas a little to get the Subs to function every time but the 9.5gr load was only moving 958fps average so I will probably go to 10.0gr next trip.
Here is the 50 yard target.

It was windy as heck that day so not best for testing subs but I planned to up the speed anyway so I burned the remainder shooting a couple of groups and throwing 3 Hypers just to get a feel for POI difference.
Groups were IMO pretty good all things considered using a 1-4x scope and the vertical dispersion in the bottom group was me trying to get a reference point compared to the hyper load.Once I kinda figured it out I moved to the top left target and shot the remaining bullets..... can you tell which way the wind was blowing.
I only wish I had my Suppressor back from Gemtech.
Fun gun to shoot and I plan to try it on some pigs
I need to add that it shot the Hornady 110VMax factory stuff very good under MOA.. the Remington Hog Hammers did not shoot too well at 2.2 inch at 100.
