Are 10rd dura mags any good? I need some extras and don't want longer mags.
 
Yes. I’ve had really good luck with duramags in my Grendel’s for years. I like the 15 rounders (like 20 round 5.56 mags). If it’s for a bolt gun, trim the spring and it will work like magic. I use 10 rounders in my Ruger American and it really helped in feeding from AR mags by cutting out about 1.5-2 coils.
