Eotech X320 Issue

I just purchased an X320 a couple weeks ago and have only played with it the at the house, it was a welcome upgrade over my old X50. I went to change to lithium batteries the other night and it flashed once then went out. I have tried several sets of batteries and it will not come on unless I plug it into a wall charger. Just curious if anyone else has had this problem? I'm super bummed because I have a 9 day hunt starting next weekend. I started the RAR process, but doubt that I could get it fixed in four days.
 
Good luck with getting any actual user input. I posted a question about the X320 when I was considering buying one and I got almost zero response. I don't think that many guys are using it.
I suggest that you call Eotech Tech support (?) and hope that you get someone knowledgeable to answer the phone.
 
I sent it back to them this morning. They said they have not had any issues with these units, but would fast track it for me so I would have it or a new one back by the end of the week.
