Yea I have. Watched coyotes chasing jackrabbits, they make it look way too easy. I've seen a hawk catch a dove right in front of my dog. I've seen a snake eat a mouse, frog and toad. I've watched a hawk eat a snake. One time I was shooting round tailed ground squirrels and watched a road runnier come into the killing field and eat the brains from every ground squirrel that had brains exposed, and there were quite a few brains to eat, interesting. I watched a gela monster eating young ground squirrels. Fish eating other fish is interesting. I've watched coyotes working dead cattle and peacons.

I've seen prairie dogs eating shot prairie dogs. Same with gophers.

Saw a ermine dragging a rabbit across a road he stopped to rest.....ate a couple of bites of rabbit, then took off dragging again.

Watched a coyote kill a big horn ewe and start to eat it BANG!!!! He didn't get to eat very much!!!!! I've seen coyotes eating horses, cows, sheep, deer, fawn antelope and a fox.

Eagles about like the coyotes. They're realy hard on deer and antelope fawns in June and July. One time I saw an eagle diving on an antelope fawn. The fawn was going all out when he came to a fence. He hit the fence like it was a brick wall and fell back. The eagle was so close and didn't have time to pull out of his dive and he crashed into the ground. Both of them were stunned for a few minutes. The fawn got away on that one.

I was hunting bear several years ago when I came upon a bunch of cows staring into the timber. There was a dead cow laying by the cows. All the sudden a grizzly comes out of the timber and the cattle scattered. The grizz walked over to the dead cow. Grabbed her by the udder, lifted her back end off the ground, put his foot on her leg and just ripped off her udder and started munching.

The strangest case I ever saw was back in MD.

A gray tree squirrel was eating a chipmonk. Had to have the wife look to make sure I wasn't hallucinating.

I watched a decent whitetail buck eat a shrew one afternoon bowhunting. The buck didn't even get to digest that snack. I plunked him with a 2213 to keep the little critters safe.

Fishing Coho on a river in Northern B.C. Had a mink swim up onto the beach and try to drag off a 14lb. coho I'd just caught. Had a large ling cod try to swallow a large rock cod I was attempting to land. My kid freaked, thought I had caught a two headed fish. Watched a Grizzly pack off an elk hind quarter I had left overnight in a tree on the mountain.Redfrog

I was coming back down off the mountain from my buddy's house and saw a possum eating on a dead skunk. That possum had to be starved to death to eat a meal like that. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

Buzzards eating anything.Saw a king snake eating
a copperhead.Readtail hawk eating farel cat.
I was fishing one time and pulled my stringer
of fish out of the water with a water moccason
clamped on to a fish. Dead snake can't eat fish
though. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

Was at a customers house, she had adopted a baby cottontail rabbit she found abandoned. Well now this bunny s full grown and tame.

We're in her back yard with the rabbit between us about 10 feet apart,

Out of nowhere a big redtailed hawk comes swooping in, grabs the bunny and takes off!

Poor lady cried her eyes out!

When I was around 10 or 11 years old, I was fishing Lardo Lake in Lousiana with a cane pole. Caught a medium size crappie, before I could land him, had a 22 lbs large mouth bass swallow the cappie. The bass really had a problem, so did I for about ten minutes. Great eating, both of them.

My mom woke me up a few years ago right around the end of the school year. It was 3:00 in the morning and their was something screaming in our yard. I grabbed our spotlight and ran out onto the porch. As I scanned the hill, I saw a set of blue eyes and then a bunch of yellowish eyes. I got looking closer and it was a couple coyotes tearing a baby deer fetus out of it's mother. I ran to grab a gun but my dad already started blasting away out of his bedroom window. I don't think he hit anything, but the next day I went out and shot one of those coyotes. Boy was I mad! The local coyotes are paying for their mistake to this day.

I watched my son eat a chunk of steak once. Yeah, I know, you said wild animal, but if you lived here for a while , you'd agree, he definately qualifies.

HAHAHA Been there, seen that! My kid is the same way when it comes to food. When she was just starting on big kid food and getting off the Gerber stuff she would shreak and scream if I didn't give her food immediatly when I was eating! Kids are by far the most viscious carnivores among the animal kingdom! LOL
