There are 700P rifles for sale all over the Internet. There is very little difference in the 700P and the 700SPS-V and tactical. There is some difference, but very little besides the finish and the stock. The same action and the same barrel. There is nothing wrong with a 20" barrel rifle. If you know your load and know your ballistics you'll be fine. The 700P comes with a 26" barrel or atleast they did when I bought mine. The 5R comes with a 24" barrel and is a fine rifle for all purposes. I love mine.
