If you know your load and know your ballistics you'll be fine. The 700P comes with a 26" barrel or atleast they did when I bought mine. The 5R comes with a 24" barrel and is a fine rifle for all purposes. I love mine.
I've been out reading on these, 5R gets outstanding reviews, so does the 700p, even the 700 sps-v seems to be a .75 MOA rifle with match ammo like the Fed. gold medal.
Then from what I've read on the Savages, the PC is .5-.75MOA along with the model 10fp and 10fcps with many reports of .5MOA accuracy in match grade ammo.
So, does it come down to just close your eyes and throw a dart???
Maybe price... the SPS-v is around $600, 700p seems to be around $950, 5R $1050, Savage PC at $750, the Model 10 with the Choate stock I first referred to comes in at $700 and the model 10FCP with the HS Precision around $1000.
