Federal 5.56 Ammo

Just went on the Cheaper Than Dirt website looking for inexpensive ammo for my Sportical and saw this Federal 5.56, 55 grain for $6.79 a box of 20. Any feedback on this? Would this work for some coyotes here in Iowa and my Sportical? Thanks.
 
FMJ bullet. It's the same rounds our brave ones shoot overseas I was told. Lake City Brass. I bought 3 boxes of 200 rounds each. I wanted them mostly for the brass but they shoot really well outta my Bushmaster.
