Please give me a few more particulars like how wide of a flood you need and the specific color of light and also please let mw know more info on the exact type of hunting you will be using it for.. I will be able to help lead you in the correct direction with a little more info.

I suggest you read the volumes of threads here on LED lights. There are plenty of $10-$20 lights that include 2 rechargable batteries and a charger. A lot of them have adjustable spots that can be optimized for the short yardage you mention, and tighten up to a spot that works out to a couple hundred yards. Most of these also have a dimmer mode which is unbeatable at close ranges.
