Foxpro customer service ?

After hearing how great the customer service is at foxpro, so far I'm a little disappointed with them.
I called one day early last week and left my question and info. Then called again the next day and after sitting on hold for 16 minutes got the "leave us your name and number we'll get back to you" recording (but your call is improtant to us).
Then called again today and left another message and still haven't heard from them.

Is it just me or are they alwyas that hard to reach?

My new FX3 swithces sounds on its own and I'm not sure what to think. It works right when the batteries are new then as they get used up it starts acting funny.
I've just been running regular old AA's and it goes through em pretty fast. I'm going to try out some NiMH rechargeable batteries and see if that changes anything.
There may not be anything at all wrong with my call, just the power source and the novice operator!

Don't know what's going on as far as contact them. But on it changing sounds. Are you possibly hitting the up arrow before the - - begins flashing? If so your fx3 will go into jukebox mode and it will cycle through each sound after that sound has played its sound loop.

I was having my Scorpion fixed at the same time as you were calling. When they called me back the guy on the phone was in training and they took time to explain all the repair information. I asked about the long waits and was told they were extremely busy at this time.

It's hard to be everything to everyone, I've been very happy with the service overall. I've had 3 different calls and had some repair issues. All were handled professionally and without cost to me.

I had the same problem just trying to place an order not to long ago. (the holidays) If they are still that busy then they ought to hire a couple more folks! Sounds like a good problem to have in this economy but is frustrating from a customers standpoint. Thems the folks you got to keep happy!

The jukebox mode, thing is what it was doing. One sound loop would complete and it would roll right to the next sound.

I'm messing with it now and can't make it malfunction even while pushing the arrows before it falshes the -- . It only seems to act up when I'm hunting! It was doing it the other day while I was using the remote, then night before last without the remote. I stayed out all night and it was doing it so much I put it away and went back to hand calling. Even called in a cat the old fashined way.

I'll be patient with Foxpro and try sending them an E-mail, was going to send one today but the only address they provide is for sales, not customer service. No matter what I like the call and will keep it, can always send it back to have them check it out later after fur getting season ends.

My experience has been the opposite with e-mailing Foxpro! My typical response time after e-mailing customer service (Joe) is 1-2 WEEKS! I sent Mike at Foxpro an e-mail on 12/31/09 and never heard anything back. THEN, I followed up sending another e-mail on 1/12/10, but as of today (1/26/10), I still haven't heard anything back. Kinda bugs me because Mike told me to e-mail him 24 sounds of my choice and he would send them out to me. I did the very next day (12/31/09), but never heard from him again... I use to rave about Foxpro customer service, but not anymore!

I'm with Rlight-- I emailed them on my brand new FX3 not working with the remote.I sent the message in the evening-which I consider after hours- I had a response in an hour. They were very helpful and courteous. They also sent a follow-up email to make sure their remedy worked. Top notch CS in my book. I'm sure they are getting swamped this time of year.
