Foxpro customer service

I just had another Foxpro customer service "event". I'm beyond impressed! I pulled a bonehead and ran over my several year old Foxpro with my truck this past winter. Dinged it up pretty good. Amazingly though, it still worked, and I kept using it, beat to crap as it was. Well, it finally came all apart towards the end of the season. I called Foxpro to see what might be done, and ended up ordering one of the new units with the new features. Well, my new one came a couple of weeks ago, and I really like it. Being able to put my own sounds on it and stuff is way cool. But I still had the old one, in pieces, sitting here. I decided to send it back, and pay to have it fixed, so I could give it away to a video customer. Keep in mind, this thing was basically DESTROYED. The housing was smashed, the speaker was in pieces, I mean, it was trashed. So, anyway, I sent it back with a note asking them to figure out how much it was going to cost to get it all fixed and to let me know. Well, I got a call from Mike Dillon, to let me know that it was fixed good as new, and on it's way back, FREE of charge!

That is definitely above and beyond, and worth saying something about! Somebody is going to end up with a good as new unit.

Dave,
I can come over and get it as soon as it is returned. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

Paul

ps. Love your video. One of the best. We were able to watch the bullet flight this past weekend just like the video. Fun stuff!

Dave,
When I ordered my first Fox Pro, John Dillon took really good care of me. He helped me pick out the sounds I needed. This was before I was an administer on this website.

I was just "Joe Customer." John Dillon didn't know me from adam....

Your right- great service is their top priority.

I also pulled the same "bonehead" stunt. I ran over my foxpro and crushed the speaker. I sent it back to foxpro and with in 10 days I had it back at my doorstep as good as new.

Customer service makes a business and they certainly bend over backwards to make sure their customers are satisfied. I've also had nothing been good experience with them.
