New to the forum figured I'd toss up a post. Just picked up the Foxpro Deadbone because it was too good a deal to pass. On sale at Cabelas before xmas for $99.99 plus I have a $20 off cabelas coupon with a purchase over $100, on top of Foxpro has a $20 mail in rebate on the deadbone. So once I finally get that $20 back i'm into the deadbone for only $67 and change!! And so far I love it. Has great sound for what it is and the 15 calls it comes with are perfect for any beginner. Plus with the speaker jack I can add antoher speaker and increase my range!! Not sure if the $20 mail in is still going but if anyone thought about a deadbone or least getting into an electronic caller for this price you can't go wrong.
 
Coloxd, that's one heck of a deal on a basic ecaller. Good thing about that is you can always move up to a higher priced model and either keep the Deadbone as a backup or sell it for a good portion of what you have in it.
 
Exactly my thoughts. I could always sell it for at least what I got into it maybe even more if they go up in price. Or just keep it since I don't have much into it.
