foxpro fury or cs-24

Both are excellent callers and I believe you would be happy with either. That being said, there are a couple of considerations in the difference between the two that may be important to your particular needs. The Fury can be operated manually or with the remote and has a couple of advanced features like Foxfade and Sequential that the CS-24 does not have. The CS-24 has superior sound with the TOA speaker it is built around. You have to use an external speaker like the SP-55 with the Fury to compare favorably. Both will play stereo sounds and 24 bit sounds and have excellent volume and clarity. I'd probably choose the CS-24 if operating the ecaller manually was never going to be important to me. I think that can be considered important if you travel a long way on a trip and something happens to your remote.

Ok there are only 2 choices then.If your going to be calling in the woods mostly and like speed calling for coons the Fury should be your choice. If your calling coyotes out in the open and along edges and trying to call predators farther out in open country then the CS-24 is your best option. If money is no option then buy both and you will have a backup as well.

I have both the cs 24 and the fury. I really like them both and I don't think you could go wrong with either one!! That said, If I could only have one, I think the CS- 24 would get the nod..

I talked to buddies that had the Fury they liked it but needed the extra speaker for wide open flat lands, I went with the CS-24 and am very happy, I have only had it out 3 times since I got it the end of March, but love it so far, I will slow down on the hunting since warm weather work has picked up but will hit it hard again in October

I just got the fury and really like it. I really like the foxfade feature, you can play one sound out the front and another out the rear speaker. Either one is a good choice but the Fury gets my nod for an all around caller.

Never had a Fury, but had an FX3 & FX5, and now have a CS24. I've had more success with the CS24 than with the others combined. I hope part of it has to do with me becoming a better coyote hunter though. I'd get the CS24. If you really want sequences, you can make them if you are moderately computer adept with a sound program like Audacity(free). Many of the people I've heard from don't use or even want some of the advanced features not on the CS24. They prefer more control over the caller. Too many features can cost you coyotes too. Last year I was fooling with the remote so much I missed an easy shot. Sometimes, less is better. Get the CS24.

thanks for all the great replies, ordered the cs-24 today though foxpro, hand picked 50 sounds and had them also load all free sounds to my caller and they did that at no extra cost to me,i was very happy with my scorpion and think ill be happy with the cs-24.thanks again and shoot straight.

going to be quite a while before I can get mine. I have a kid in college, so goodies like e-callers just have to wait.

Jim, the beautiful thing about your CS-24 is being able to add sounds of your choice whenever you want, and a remote that will work that thing flawlessly. You made the right choice.
