FoxPro interrogation howl?

I am trying to hear the sample howls on the FoxPro website, but only get a short sample of the call. Can somebody lead me in the right direction for a coyote interrogation howl? Is it the "female coyote long howl"??? Which one? 1, 2, or 3?

The Foxpro Lone Howl is an interrogation howl. It is basically a long howl that starts out low to a high pitch and then fades out. The Foxpro female coyote long howl sounds to me like she is lonely and looking for a response from other coyotes, which I guess would be somewhat of an interrogation howl also. I have called them in with the female coyote long howls, but they didn't answer before coming in.

I am sure a lot of guys expect to get an answer when they give an interrogation howl, but many times they won't howl back before they come in.

Randy Anderson gives some examples here:

Add a little quiver to it and cut it short and it becomes a challenge howl which you can see used here:

Good question, I've wondered the same. FoxPro does not get specific with certain coyote sounds. You wont find the word interrogation or invitation anywhere on the sound list. I hope someone who knows can fill us in.

Actually though I do like Foxpro, I own 3. The sample list as far as I am concerned is worthless. You get to hear 3 seconds or so of a sound with some one talking over it. You have to know from other callers or from just buying a pig in a poke as to what the call sounds are like. The sound prices are reasonable so you don't loose to much if you buy one you end up not caring for.

Their sound list has changed as far as how they are named also. My FX3 (just sold) had Female Invitation as a sound and also Coyote Interrogation howl as a listed sound. Those call names are not now listed.

One sound on the new list, Female Yodel howl, really piques the interest of my local coyotes. They always seem to respond to it. So at least I know they are around.
