Foxpro - Ordered Sounds and No Download Link?

I picked out the new sounds that I wanted and placed the order. I was emailed the "Receipt/Purchase Confirmation". When will I get the link to download the sounds?
 
Seems the time to get the download is varing somewhat. Some people are getting them pretty quick, and with others it takes a bit of time.

Hang in there and if you don't have it by Monday, call FoxPro and they'll take care of it for ya. (Yea, waiting till Monday will suck...)

I bet you get it before then though.
 
It seems their web interface is a bit "iffy" at times. I had to send them an email then magically I got the "automated" response AND an email saying "sorry, here is your download link".
 
That is irritating. I went out of my way to make sure that I ordered it tonight so that I could use it tomorrow. Evidently the system is not completely automated. If someone notices the order it should get sent out but I doubt it's going to happen within the next five hours. What a joke.
 
Today I ordered the soundpack I got the download link, have the programmer, but cant figure out how to backup the 16 sounds I currenlty have. HELP please. Foxpro's site doesnt work very well with the links, and I'll be damned if I can find written instructions. Thanks
 
I just got off the phone with Jarrod at Foxpro. He emailed me the zipped folder immediately. He didn't have any reason why I shouldn't have already received it. Oh well, they got it taken care of.
