Foxpro X2S vs X24 vs X48

Hey all, currently rocking the little patriot and looking to upgrade. The only feature difference I really care about is the ability to play two sounds at once. Otherwise, do the newer 24B models really have sound quality to warrant the price difference? I’ve found the X2S for $550, the X24 for $385, and the X48 for $611. And Honestly I don’t know which to pull the trigger on.

I’ve got the X2S and honestly, I should have got the X24 instead. I thought playing two sounds at once was going to be advantageous but I never use it. The only thing I use is foxbang and even that gets shut off from time to time. I’d take the crisp clarity of the X24 over the X2S.

for what it’s worth, the X2S calls them in just fine and I feel like it’s still clear and loud.

Yeah that’s kinda the thing I’m skeptical of is that the 24 bit is really noticeably clearer in any way

I’m not sure because I don’t know anyone with the X24 but it seems to be the gold standard.

I think one of the main reasons that the x24 is so popular is because it's just simple and so dang loud. Even though most of the time we don't need that extra volume.

I have the X24 and I love it. It does everything I need and more. It's gonna be difficult to get me to upgrade from the X24. Mine would have to probably die before I upgraded. I use a long lanyard on mine and throw it over my shoulder when I'm on the move.
