Hey Harpy,

I got a chance to look through some at the Tulsa Gun Show a while back. The glass is excellent. They don't have many dealers yet. I think in that range the Nikon Monarch, Bushnell Elite 4200, Leupold VX-II, and Sightron SII are better values. Being new, their customer service is unknown as well. I have obviously not hunted with one yet however.

Here is a link to a 3-9x42 for $324.00: Scope Link

I had a pair of Fuji binoculars, the glass was excellent. In fact, on a trip out west, I stopped at the Sidney Cabela's, and the guy at the counter brought them to my attention. So I bought them. A couple of years later, I fell into a good deal, on Swarovski's, so I sold the Fuji's. To be honest, there is very little difference in binoculars, the main one being the fuji's are about half the price of the Swarovski's. The fuji's I had, did not have a locking diopter, and the eye cups were not as nice as the Swarovski's, but for 500 bucks less, I'd say they were the finest glass I've looked through for the money. I have had great luck with Fuji cameras also, and I expect their scopes are top notch. I know of no one in my area, who handles them, so I have not looked through one yet. I do know the binos were great.

I have a Fujinon Spotting Scope. For those of you not aware of the company, only pick up a birdwatching magazine...there they have been considered some of the finest optics around for some time. I've been well pleased with my spotting scope, it is everything I had hoped for.

As for customer service, I did buy a new eyepiece for the scope. There was a small exterior flaw on it. When I contacted the company, they sent out a new one IMMEDIATELY, no questions asked. I'd say that's service the way we'd all like it to be.

As for me, I wouldn't hesitate to give one of their hunting rifle scopes a try.

Thanks Guys, I think I will go ahead and give one a try if I can find a dealer that has the one I want. Good luck.

Harpy,

I gave you a link to a dealer up above......keep us posted.

Karl,

Thanks for the feedback! That is great to hear.
