gas block roll pin sizes

May be a stupid question but I can't find any gas block roll pins other than the "standard" size that is too small for the gas block I'm using. I have a double star gas block .937 going on a bull barrel. They are the right diameter but too short.

Can you just drive the roll-pin in far enough to center it in the block. This should hold the gas tube secure.

ok I thought they had diffrent sizes. my rra has a bull barrel and the pin goes all the way through the gas block
