German Shorthaired Pointers, anyone know of a reasonable breeder?

Hi, I'm looking for a GSP, wanting a pup, preferably female but I honestly dont care. More so as a companion for me and my hounds but also to do some hunting. Most i have found around here are $600+ and I just don't have that to spend on a dog. If the dog is sick and has a $600+ medical bill, fine so be it. but i'd like to have some money left over to spend on the pup. Any ideas for maybe $350 and below for a full blood? I'm in east Tennessee and around 4-5hrs drive would be reasonable.

There are always a ton of GSP's...just check them out and as always be cautious when buying a pup from anywhere. Insist on a health cert. and if you can hip certs from mom and dad.

Also look at www.puppyfind.com. I'm waiting on a GSP pup in the Tx Panhandle. Good price at $400.00, top breeder.
