New seasonal regulations for 2004/2005 are out.
Good news: You are no longer required to pelt seal a coyote. If you take a coyote you must report the take within 48 hours via the DECALS reporting system...
Bad news: Open Coyote season is now Oct. 1st. - Mar. 27th. One month shorter. Last 2-3 months of last years season I had a heck of a time getting out of my driveway much less time to hunt. Looking to improve that plan this time around.
I was looking at the WMU whitetail forcasts btw because alot of the state got hit hard from last winter. (2nd. chance draw will be cut short in alot of wmu's - NY hunters get your tags early)
