SO a buddy of mine in the graphics business has decided to try his hand at hydro-dipping. I allowed him to run my LR 308 as a guinny pig. It all turned out really nice and the price was right too

Kings Desert is one of my favorite patterns and works like a champ in 90% of the places I hunt. The Mark 4 was the first scope he did and definately posed some challenges he said, but in the end looks nice.

That looks great. Good you left the barrel stainless or you may not find it if you set down. That thing will vanish in WY
 
Awesome looking rifle and I also like King's patterns. What are the specs on the rifle? Also, got more info on your buddy? Looking to get my coyote AR dipped.

Before my buddy got into it I was going to send it to Lee at Black Ice Coatings. I believe for everything I got done it was in the $300-ish range.

The rifle is pretty much stock DPMS with the 24" bbl. I have been very pleased with the gun. Shoots really well and always has.
