Great Response from Lucky Duck

I wanted to give a shout out to Lucky Duck based on my recent experiences with them.
I have the Lucky Duck Revolt and have had it for several years and broke a couple of things
on it, but I reached out to Lucky Duck and they responded with a replacement part immediately.
I am not saying the other E-Caller Manufacturers don't give the same service but my first hand
experience with Lucky Duck has been outstanding. Just an fyi.
Good luck hunting

YOU are lucky it wasn't an icotec I bought a new one and it didn't work so I sent it back now they say they have new staff and can't find it so I'm out $800.00 and they refused to do anything even though MY USPS tracking number said it was delivered

That’s interesting about Icotec…I had an old 300 or something like that that quit and they sent me a new one and then a packing slip to ship my old one back. That’s one of the reasons many years later I went back with an Icotec.
Did you get online and fill out the form and call them before sending it back??

The Saber I bought a few years ago had a bad remote. I emailed ICOTEC about it and they sent me a new one with a prepaid postage box to return the defective one. Less than a week to get the new remote.

No I didn't I was used to fox pro an they didn't require me to do anything other than send it back with a note saying what was going on

You are correct…his are the BFA calls on Icotec. Most I’ve seen talked about was Tony’s calls. He has a dedicated list on the remote that can be used as a complete stand.

LD has fantastic customer service. Ive had problems with their duck decoys in the past, and they always send me repair parts without questioning me on it. Dont even ask if it’s in warranty, just can you fix it yourself and what do you need

Ouch. Yeah almost every company in existence these days requires you to start a RMA (return merchandise authorization) before returning an item so it can be in their system and be tracked. You probably are out of luck there.
