groundhog holes

I've been using my 243 with 55 gr ballistic silvertips for hogs lately, and it seems that every one i shoot tumbles down its hole... what would be the best way to keep it from falling in? this is probably a dumb question, but maybe a certain shot placement would flip it backwards.. BUt its really gettin annoying, the last 3 chucks have sslipped down outta reach

Head shot will usually stop the disappearing whistle pig. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif And all this time I've been trying to shoot them dead and get them in the hole. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif

243 55 gain silvertips man I dont know if there will be anything left to mount after one of those crushing it /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif . I agree with what (Quarter Round) said. Good luck I hope you get a great mount
