Gun shop in Tucson

My Dad passed away on Christmas. I will be flying out to Tucson soon to handle his affairs. One problem I have is getting his guns shipped from there to me back here in Mass. I have a buddy out here who is a FFL. Short of calling information in Tucson I thought I would see if anyone on here could recommend someone for me. Thanks for any info

I've bought several guns shipped from an individual to my local FFL but I first comfirmed they would accept from a non FFL.

Mark, you don't need an FFL to ship guns to yourself.
Just package the guns for shipping and ship them to your address. You need to be the one that opens them up at the other end though.

Sorry to hear about your Dad. Christmas is a bad time to have any family member pass.

Mark, sorry about your Dad.

Barry's right. Just box them up and ship them to yourself. It's perfectly legal.

Nonlicensee

[18 U.S.C. 921(a)(32), 922(g)(8) and 925(a)(1)]

(B9) May a nonlicensee ship firearms interstate for his or her use in hunting or other lawful activity?

Yes. A person may ship a firearm to himself or herself in care of another person in the State where he or she intends to hunt or engage in any other lawful activity. The package should be addressed to the owner. Persons other than the owner should not open the package and take possession of the firearm.
