Alright already I know this is A purist's sight and few would admit to shooting such a lowly rifle but, I need to access thems that KNOW the true dirt on whats going on with NEF handi rifles especially since marlin dos'nt support a website dedicated to such followers anymore. Its been 3-4 years since marlin dropped the forums for their newly aquired rifle platform and I have an old dusty 308 survivor that needs some liborating. Can anyone tell me where those purist's are hanging out now?

Funny you should ask about that rifle, I just bought mine back yesterday after trading it a year ago, love that rifle. As well as picking up a new .44 mag.
Core Loks seem to be what most of them like. I know mine does, Its been awhile but If I remember right mine seemed to shoot better with the lighter bullets.
I got a new stock for mine, that hollow plastic one was brutal, and didnt feel like filling it with foam.
Definately read the FAQ, lots of good info there.
