I am not much on proone shooting my neck cricks up and give me a head ache and bipod seem to get in my way some times so I built a set of bifur pod shoot sticks useing varmint-als instructions I like them alot in fact i built three sets one for both vehicles and one for the house that way i would always have access to a set .. www.varmintals.com i think is the web site wich has the varmint dens forums another good place to talk about our kind of hunting . thats also were varmint als post @.....
