Hello from the UK

Welcome.

I watch a lot of foxing and ratting videos from over there. Seems like the foxes there are a lot more aggressive than ours.

The deer are very plentiful, we have 6 different species, the two types I have in my area are roe and fallow. There is always something in season, the roebuck started on 1st April and that lasts until 31st October.
The foxes are very bold, and slightly bigger than your red fox I think, males weigh 16-22lbs, females 13-18lbs. But of course no coyotes, so foxes are top of the predator food chain here.

That is a big fox.
Is there any public land available for hunting, or do you have to obtain permission on private property?

There is no public land, it's all hunting with the landowners permission, luckily I have a good amount of land to hunt over.
If you think that one was big check out this big lad being held by my hunting buddy, I think it weighed in at 23lbs.

It's a special edition made by Tikka for the UK market, it's a lite fluted 20" barrel with an adjustable roughtech stock in .223, I have fitted the vertical pistol grip, on top is a thermion 2 XQ50 and the sound mod is a stalon.
The gun is also available in 22/250, .243, 6.5 creedmore and .308

I’ve seen those in a couple foxing vids from over there. Pretty neat.

I find it interesting that around here I've never heard of a fox killing anything larger than say a yard buzzard, but in the foxing videos I watch over there they kill all sorts of livestock. Also, we haven't had many reds around here in years. Do you guys have grays or just reds?

Just red fox here, they will kill all poultry, lambs and game birds like pheasants and partridges and because driven game shooting is a very big business over here they just can't have foxes around.
