Helmet mounted PVS 14??

Just looking for input on experiences with mounted monos and different helmets, what setup up works well what doesn't???

I use a Wendy's Ex Fil tactical bump helmet with a Wilcox mount. Works great

FWIW - I got my PVS 14 and then at a later date my helmet and mount from Vic and crew at TNVC - great folks with whom to deal!

I've been using the Crye Nightcap. It's really comfortable and lightweight.

Hey Norbs, can you get a stocking cap over that Crye? I've been considering one of those but I would need more warmth for December through March.

I bought this one from TNVC with a Wilcox mount. works great with a pvs-14 and it is probably the least expensive ones he has. not sure if he even still carries it or not but he will fix you up I am sure.

I wear a balaclava under it and a hoodie under my jacket with the hood exposed and over the Nightcap. I was out last night in -5 temps and only my [beeep] was cold from sitting in the snow.
