DPMS, Bushmaster, Olympic Arms, And talk to D-Tech
Now ask your self what you realy intend to do with it?
Being from MI you probably are going to hunt yotes most right? How much do you want to spend? You can biuld a Model 1 20" standred ban compliant Kit with a stock trigger, Chrome moly 1-9 barrel with an 11 degree target crown, Alumn. free float tube. for $460+ your stripper lower you can buy a lower for around $100 fron Stag or Superior and you will have a good shooter. As for the glass I would suggest 2-7 or 3-10 at the most if your yote huntin in MI cause most of your shots will be 100yds or less. JMHO

v-max,i have a dtech in .25wssm and love it.i don't know how much you want to spend or exactly what your intent is but give him a call he will definetly help you out.goodluck

It is cheeper to biuld one and more satsifing when you shoot well cause you can say YOU biult it in reality you just assemble it look at the AR kits for the parts and talk to your local gun shops about lowers. The lower is the registered part so that is much easier to buy localy. the assembly is quite simple here is a link http://www.ar15.com/content/guides/assembly/lower/#magazineCatch It is up to you on how much cash you want to spend it can be 550-2000 or more. Buying fully assembled AR's have a tax or tarrif of some sort that raises the price. I'm not an expert on that but someone here can explain it better. Therefor I biult mine and love it chech it out.

Last 5 shot group @ 100 tyds was .439 according to Jack Roberts post in http://www.predatormastersforums.com/ubb...age=2#52275358. Outside measures .824 still very happy /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grinning-smiley-003.gif

Bushmaster has a video which shows assembly(others may also) --- if you have never done it before it is often times easier to understand watching it than just by written instructions. They are fun guns, once you have a good one you will be hooked /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

vmax, it goes like this, all the AR's are pretty close to the same unless you go custom. All of them with the exception of OLY just buy parts whereever they can get the best deal and assemble them, some use different barrels from others and that is about the only difference. They all choose from the same pool of vendors to buy they're parts.
Oly makes all they're own stuff including barrels. so hunt around and find the best deal on the configuration you want and good shooting.
BTW I like oly, J&T, and RRA
RR

Well said ridge runner....I love it when someone trash talks one brand over another and they have a brand that has the exact same parts as the one they trash.

I also believe that the only barrel for the best accuracy is Olympic with the Broach cut SUM barrel. In fact I just ordered one....

I'll be happy to put my 20" Shaw up against a 20" OLY anyday the gun can out shoot me the group pictured above is Black Hills blue box 68 gr's I dont think Ill do any reloading unless someone can tell me if the 68 gr match HP is a poor bullet choice for coyotes ie. no expantion.

I have built all my own AR's besides one that I had custom built for me (vietnam era carbine repro) I have used RRA, Stag, LMT, Model 1 sales, Knights Armament, YHM, Badger Ord., tango down, magpul, and numerous other companys parts and have found thhem all to be of great quality, I would stay away from Hesse or Vulcan but the rest are great. My newest one is made with an ER Shaw 20" ss barrel, flat top upper, Super Sniper scope, and a Stag lower. I custom built the pistol grip and I am about to customize a cheek weld on the buttstock next. I could have bought a Bushy for what I payed to build this but the adventure and satisfaction is what it is all about.

Man your making me sound like I work for them, which I don't.

Not just a standard 20" the SUM barrel.....here's a link:
http://www.olyarms.com/?page=m1_ultramatch

These rifles are not a guess as to whether you get an accurate one or not...they are guaranteed...if it doesn't shoot that well return it and it will....ask DTech

"We’ve seen 1/4” groups and smaller when used with the proper load, bullets, and barrel. This is the rifle SWAT Magazine called "the most accurate AR target rifle ever made.""

Less than .5" groups are the norm...not .8"

Don't get me wrong, under 1 MOA is great for any non OLY SUM rifle. I can't get that .8" in any of my non-Oly rifles.
