Burris.210 clicks is 26.25 MOA, so 13 and some chage each way sounds about right. That's always been an issue with Burris scopes. Not a lot of internal adjustment. You can use signature rings with the offset inserts to help you out if your going to be using it for longer ranges. I would try a +10 under the scope and a -10 ontop in the back ring and see how that's works for you.
