for your first recurve do NOT go with a 60# bow. most experienced trad shooters have a hard time with that wieght. stay in the 40# and under range at your dl. like mentioned your dl will most likly drop. if your draw is that long look for a bow at 30# at 28". at your dl it should be around around 37#. you want to start lighter so you can work on your form. the draw of a compound and recurve are complelty different and there no let off.
for a bow look into a mad dog. they are cheap priced, high qaulity bows and you wont find many if any bad reviews about them. trad archery is extremly fun and addicting, good luck
also at your dl look for something over 60" probably 64+ range would be most comfortable for you
