Holster for 4" Ruger GP100

I am looking at two holsters for long term field carry. The Galco DAO, and the Bianchi 111 Cyclone. They are about the same except the Bianchi has a thumb break, and the Galco has a conventional strap with a snap. Which would be the easiest to use?

Galco and Bianchi make good stuff. I like Simply Ruggeds pancake, see;

Now CWL/hunter only I have not used a holster retention device
since LE days as no longer expect a gun grab. Good leather pancakes or kydex provide all the retention I require. Oh yeah,I no longer run..just mosey.

+1 on the Galco Phoenix, for the same 4" GP100. I use it as a cross-draw on an Uncle Mike's duty belt. Works well when sitting in the truck or getting in and out frequently for short walks on long drives.

I have the GP100 4" in .357. The holster I use is the Bianchi 7/7L. It's stamped "Med Frame 4" Rev." Fits very nicely on the hip and the revolver is snug in the leather.

Highly recommend it.
