Honda Trail 125

I've watched people in the Philippines drive scooters less than 125cc up and down mountains with 2-3 people on them so I don't see why you couldn't use a Trail 125 for hunting. I'd some fat tires on it.

LoL You may want to invest in something with four wheels. You don't need to drop $10,000 on a big ATV. Go buy a good used Honda Recon 250. Put some good tires on the back and a winch on the front and you would be fine.
 
I got the bike and am practicing. Just taking it easy. Practicing u-turns is a challenge. I have no intention of using it on "trails". I have an ATV (2016 Honda Rancher), got over 5,000 miles on it and it has never left our property. The bike is mostly to help keep me "sharp", ha ha. I refuse to succumb to old age. If I were 90 it might be different...:cool:
 
For a few years I hunted off a Suzuki Van Van 200. Great little fat tire bike that I could run on the highway and on back country trails. It was big enough that I could load camping gear on it also.
 
Don't use one now, but 5 and 6 decades ago I trail road a lot on 90 and 125 Yamahas and Hondas before moving up to 250 and 500 one lungers. If not enough power, put a 1 or 2 tooth smaller sprocket on the front and climb any hill you want.
